1. Information We Collect

We collect necessary information to deliver and improve our CRM platform. This includes your name, email, phone number, business information, billing details, and customer data you upload to the platform. We also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, session data, and interactions with our website or dashboard.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information to manage your account, provide CRM and marketing features, send transactional or marketing emails on your behalf, improve analytics, ensure platform security, and process payments when necessary.

3. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and analyze usage patterns. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, although some features may not work as intended.

4. Sharing of Data

We do not sell your data to any third parties. We only share information with trusted service providers like hosting providers, analytics tools, and communication services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) for email delivery. These providers are strictly prohibited from using your information for their own marketing.

5. Data Security

Your data is stored on secure AWS servers, protected by encryption, firewalls, and industry-standard security protocols. Although no system is perfect, we implement strict measures to safeguard your information.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, corrections, updates, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

7. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active or when legally required. If you request deletion, we remove your information unless legal obligations prevent it.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website or dashboard may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, data practices, or privacy compliance.

9. Email Delivery & Third-Party Providers

We use Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) and other reputable communication providers to send transactional and marketing emails. These providers process email data strictly to deliver messages and maintain deliverability, and they adhere to strong security and privacy standards.

10. Email Communication & Anti-Spam Policy

We send emails only to recipients who have provided valid consent or have an existing business relationship with you. We strictly prohibit purchased, rented, or scraped email lists. All marketing emails include an unsubscribe link and we immediately honor all opt-outs. Transactional emails such as order updates or account notifications may be sent without an unsubscribe link, as they are essential and non-promotional.

Bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe events are automatically processed through our email service provider, and affected email addresses are added to a suppression list to prevent future messages.

Any misuse of Angage360 for unsolicited or bulk email may lead to suspension or termination of the user’s account.
